Great hotel, friendly people, cosy atmosphere, great breakfast, best hotel in town!
Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Could not fault anything. We will definitely be returning.
This is not a complaint rather a suggestion for both Hotel and potential customers. Parking in and around the old town can be challenging with all the congestion and one way streets. There is an option directly across the street with 4 spaces but you have to be lucky to get one. Alternatively we found a Public high rise Car park 5 minutes’ walk away which was only 12 Euro x 24 hours. (Av Del Mercado)
Hotel Claude was fantastic in every way. A small really classy boutique Hotel in the centre of Marbella's old town. The staff were amazing, food was perfect and the room was really beautiful. Overall the Design of the hotel was stunning. A short taxi to the local beach clubs. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Siobhan (Dublin)
The hotel manager, Desiree Wilmes makes this place. Warm, efficient and so eager to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old town of Marbella.
would have been perfect if there had been a pool or even sun lounger area.
Unique architecture and design of every architecture detail combined with highest level of service. They treat You as if You were a member of their family. It was the most personalised hotel stay we've ever experienced.
Hotel Claude was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. A true gem of a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town. One of the pleasures of travelling is discovering unique hotels with exceptional service and hotel Claude is now at the top of my list to recommend.
* Friendly staff * Relaxed atmosphere * Lovely breakfasts * Great location
* Nothing not to like.
The Hotel is beautifully furnished. Every member of staff genuinely helpful and friendly. Every area of the hotel is spotless. Great location within walking distance of Orange Square/old city. We travelled with 15 month old baby and staff did everything they could to make our stay easy. Highly recommend.
very accommodating with breakfast times - served up to 12.00!
have to ring bell to get in
Very well situated in the old town. Staff is lovely, and hotel is impeccable clean and beautiful. They have added thoughtful touches like fresh fruit in room when you arrive, a tea/cookie corner, water in the rooms, and a little chocolate on turn-down. The hotel was decorated with a lot of care- each piece of furniture fits beautiful with the sort of romantic Andalusian theme.
If you are in a smaller room, it is going to be really tiny. Also, you may be looking into the interior courtyard, instead of a window to the exterior (in this case, not much sunlight). The products provided are of nice quality (I think Molton Brown), but it was odd to me that some of the basics were missing (bar of soap for example wasn't there, had to ask), they had shampoo but no conditioner, etc.
